The idea behind Polished Expectations came about when two busy ladies became even busier! We have always been passionate about having a clean home and love the peace of mind it brings! As our families grew and our homes filled with the sounds and laughter of little ones, so did our busy schedules. In need of some help balancing life, we started off in search of a cleaning company. We soon realized that what we were looking for just wasn't available!

We needed more than just our floors mopped; we needed a family concierge based company that truly understood our needs. Someone that specialized in family care - only using the best all natural, environmentally safe products, and someone that would provide services that would be customized to our individual needs.
